About

A.O. Cuneo / Sullivan Gallery

SULLIVAN GALLERY had its inception in the fall of 2018 at the ” Arts for Arts Sake” opening , ushering the new round of art events in the city of New Orleans. The gallery has curated more than a dozen exhibits presenting regional, national and international artists. We hope you enjoy the eclectic choice of artists curated by the gallery director, Christina Lauthe, and owner, Alain Cuneo.

Alain Omar Cuneo

Alain works in the traditional stained glass techniques materials, such as hand-blown glass, faceted glass and stones and metal textured sheets to create unique contemporary images. His line of mirrors incorporates the use of pictures laminated between sheets of glass to enhance the narrative of each mirror design. The mirror evokes a portal aperture of time as the viewer looks upon themselves.
